Install PrepAI as a PWA

PrepAI is a Progressive Web App, so you can install it from the browser to get an app icon, a standalone window without browser chrome, and offline access to content you've already loaded. It works on desktop, Android, and iOS.

Why install the PWA​

  • One-tap launch from your home screen or dock.
  • Standalone window — no address bar, more room for the app.
  • Offline resilience — already-loaded drills and tools keep working without a connection (sign-in, sync, and AI features still need the network).

Desktop (Chrome / Edge)​

  1. Open interviewpai.aoneahsan.com.
  2. Click the install icon in the address bar, or open the browser menu and choose Install PrepAI.
  3. Confirm. PrepAI opens in its own window and appears in your apps list.

Android (Chrome)​

  1. Open the app in Chrome.
  2. Tap the menu (⋮).
  3. Tap Add to Home screen / Install app and confirm.

Prefer a store install? PrepAI is also on Google Play as a native Android app.

iPhone / iPad (Safari)​

  1. Open the app in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen and confirm.

This gives iOS users a near-native, full-screen experience while the App Store build is pending.

Updating​

The PWA updates itself when you reload with a connection. PrepAI shows an update prompt when a new version is available so you can refresh at a good time.

FAQ​

Does the PWA work offline? Already-loaded content does. Sign-in, syncing, mock interviews, and reviews need a connection.

Is the PWA different from the Play Store app? They share the same experience; the Play Store build adds native niceties (splash screen, status-bar theming, native share, in-app review).

How do I uninstall? Remove it like any app — from your home screen on mobile, or your OS apps list on desktop.
